Our best citrus fruits, selected in the field even before harvest, come from small producers, to better control all the processes that precede their arrival in the company. Having reached perfect ripeness, they are subjected to rigorously manual sorting, preparation and hulling, to better preserve and preserve the consistency and integrity of the fruits and their precious peel. The latter are then candied in orange blossom honey, according to our exclusive process that makes them soft and crunchy at the same time, keeping all the aromas intact. The result is intense and fragrant jams that preserve and release all the taste of the most genuine Sicilian tradition.
