Jams

In the choice of fruit, all traditionally linked to our territory, we respect the natural rhythm of the seasons, using neither greenhouse nor frozen products, but concentrating our efforts to work only the best fresh and freshly picked raw materials. Selection and processing are exclusively manual and every single fruit is treated with artisanal care; even the lemon juice we use in our jams - of which we also use the precious essential oils contained in the peel - is squeezed in the company only at the time of processing. We associate the honey produced in Zafferana Etnea with sugar, the only and natural preservative of our products. This allows us to obtain a refined sweetness in the face of a reduced caloric intake, with the added value of an extraordinary palatability, which only a top quality honey can guarantee.
